PhD scholarship advertisements
A scholarship advertisement is in effect a call for applications for financial support for PhD studies. Students who meet the criteria for the post advertised may submit applications.
Successful applicants are enrolled as PhD students and employed by the Faculty. They work in the relevant department and receive a salary while studying for their PhD.
A detailed project description must be enclosed with the application. The advertisement stipulates the requirements for the description. However, the PhD School has also drawn up general guidelines for the form and content of project descriptions.
